Custom Workout Programming


Every client gets a customized workout program dependent on their goals, experience level, equipment available, and days available to workout dependent on schedule. The app makes workouts easier by telling you which exercises you will be doing along with the number of reps and sets. There is also a video demonstration of the form for each exercise as well as the ability to track the weight used to see progress overtime.

Kayla is a 32 year old mama from Indiana with an almost 1 year old and another one on the way!


She helps women reclaim their bodies and take control of their fitness journey no matter where they are. She specializes In working with moms and soon-to-be mommas.


As a mom herself, she works closely with clients to restore their core, pelvic floor, and overall strength postpartum through her uplifting and understanding coaching style.


She advocates that fitness should integrate with your life, not take over your life.

COACH ALLISON

ROLE: Founder & CEO


Credentials: NASM CPT, FNMS Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Specialist


Allison is 24 years old and is born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2017 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting.


She founded Maximize You with a passion for helping women feel empowered and confident. She has helped 500 + women transform their body and mind through proper training, nutrition, and the mindset work needed.


Her approach is honest and motivating, giving you the right push when you need it. She keeps an open mind to the world of training and nutrition, allowing our company to grow with the latest methods and research available.


COACH ALICE

Alice is 23 years old from New Jersey! She is passionate about helping her clients live a healthy and balanced lifestyle as she is a huge traveler and foodie herself!

Morgan is a 24 year old graduate student attending Boston University pursuing her Master Degrees in Nutrition & Dietetics.


She has a passion for helping women find balance in their life when It comes to health and fitness. She specializes in working with former athletes like herself and helping them navigate health and fitness in a new way.


Morgan has been a fitness professional for the past 5 years teaching everything from spin classes to various strength and conditioning classes. She is passionate about helping women bridge the gap between nutrition and living their best life!

COACH SAMMY

ROLE: Assistant Coach and Head Bodybuilding Prep Coach

Sammy is 22 years old living in Philadelphia and is a recent graduate from Temple University.


Sammy loves showing women how to fuel their bodies and fall in love with their strength. As a former athlete and current bodybuilder, she is constantly staying up to date on strength and conditioning research.


Sammy knows when to give her clients the extra push they need to get them to where they want to be. Her tough love attitude and passion for helping women feel amazing in their skin are why her clients love working with her.

Caroline Marandino

Caroline is one of our AMAZING clients who gets it done being a working mom of two. She came to us having a solid foundation with exercising and weight lifting, but didn't have the best relationship with food and really wanted to level up with her progress. Hear her thoughts about working with our team and what her experience has been like these first 6 months of working with us!


This is one of our clients who seems to do it all! She is a working mom that came to us after hitting a plateau because she struggled to figure out how "fitness" fit into her busy life. We ended up increasing her food intake, structuring her 3 30 minute workouts a week completely at home, and then went through a 16 week cutting phase. She ended up losing 13 pounds and 3 inches off of her waist!


This amazing client started working with us 8 weeks postpartum after her second baby. We focused on establishing a good caloric intake while breastfeeding before going into a cutting phase. 9 months later and she is down 40 pounds and has lost 11 inches!


This client is a mom of 3 who came to us 4 months postpartum after her third child. We first focused on rebuilding her core and pelvic floor since she was newly postpartum. At the end of 6 months of working with us, she said her core and entire body are the strongest they have ever been, and she know how knowledge on nutrition to set not only herself up for success, but her entire family.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Will this work for me if I workout at home ?

Yes! Everyones workouts are customized to their experience level, time available to workout, and equipment available! We have many clients that workout completely from home, so we will make sure you have a program you can complete 100% of with the equipment you have.


I am vegan / vegetarian / gluten free / dairy free - will this work for me ?

Yes! We have many clients with dietary limitations and restrictions. Your nutrition plan will tailored to you so that no matter what your nutritional needs are, you will be successful!


I have a vacation coming up in a couple months but I don't really want to wait to start, what should I do?

We are all about creating a healthy lifestyle. I never want this to feel like a "diet plan" that doesn't allow you to live your life. If you can't go on vacation while being on a plan, the plan is more of a quick fix rather than sustainable lifestyle changes. If necessary, we can pause clients who go on longer vacations to ensure you are getting the most out of the program while also not having to wait for the "perfect time" to start.


I have a really busy schedule, how will I have time for this?

To be honest with you, coaching SAVES you time and stress. We are taking the pressure off of you by providing you with a plan to reach your goals that is enjoyable for you and fits your lifestyle. Think about the amount of time you might spend going back and forth trying to figure out what to do - that time wasted is now gone with a coach. Most of our clients do have crazy busy schedules from working multiple jobs, to working 12 hour night shifts, to having kids, to being in the military, to being in undergrad/graduate programs. I would say one of our specialties is helping busy women be successful even with their crazy schedule.
